Concert : Jordan Sand & Quentin Stokart

Jordan Sand is a bassist, vocalist, improvisor and composer weaving voice into the organ-like resonances of bowed double bass. Her solo music, described as « Joni Mitchell meets Ligeti » (Omaha Under the Radar), blends song, free improv and noise to haunting effects. In 2020, she relocated to Trondheim, Norway and subsequently spent four years off the road. In autumn 2024 she tours in Norway, Belgium and the United States.
